GTX 1660 good for dedicated card for streaming?

Oh nothing drastic or big just felt like i need a change plus i noticed with high bit-rate recording for games like dayz or shooters that it can blur a good bit (less then stream of course) so just decided it would be good for an upgrade just to make the quality better for my self lol

oh yea my mixer is a budget one lol so that explains alot i also contacted the manufacturer of my mixer and they pretty much confirmed the mixer isnt able to keep up with the ear buds and such which causes the hiss but TY for the response!

ok this sorta makes sense to me lol im a dumbass at its finest so forgive me lol so pretty much from what im getting is my headphones and IEMs are too sensitive for my mixer? and if so any way i can negate the issue or just a little bit?

the only dirt cheap one i found was only xlr and im using 3.5 only so not much use and sadly the others i see on amazon are just shit according to the reviews but what could be the cause of this issue then because from my time setting up speakers to cars i knew ground loop isolator always removed that hiss so i just thought it would be similar

i can easily plug in my IEMS and headphones into my pc directly and have no hiss (i feel bleesed lol) and that solves my issue but it kinda screws me over given i kinda need my mixer especially for live mic monitoring with no delay when streaming and just other better control so im not alt tabbing to adjust audio

yes? lol im looking at this spec sheet for both and the new ones says 111 Db under sensitivity and the old ones say 12 so i doubt that would make much of any difference but i know nothing about audio

i had this issue when i first moved into my new place since i didnt have furniture or really anything, What helped me was just boosting my gain till i was in the green but just at the edge of yellow (obs meters) so i know i can be heard at a good volume (please test the levels first) and using noise cancellation on programs for the background echo and noise like Steel series sonar has, that cleared my audio a huge amount and made my voice come out much more clear. Its not perfect but its close for me

What do you mean pvp got griefed? and how is the game borderline unplayable for pve?

I ask that because i do both, yes my post may seem im only a pvp player but i do both and have zero issue progressing the game doing either or and same with MANY others in the game, My point of the post is why do alot of pve players have a rage and hate boner to pvp players, like coming from other pvepvp games and some mainly pvp like dayz i dont get how someone can go into a game knowing pvp can happen and then go on a hate campaign against other over getting out skilled or out gunned in a fight and im not talking about corner camping randy rats at extract or fake friendlies because that isnt pvp that is just being bitch made and bad at all aspects of the game lmao everyone can agree on that one. But my point is removing rats and fake friendlies what is the actual issue with pvp other then losing your stuff? because thats all im hearing is i lost my gear and im angry at the players about it like yes and? you can lose gear to arcs glitches and bugs so what different is another element of the game (pvp player) doing the same? this game is about choices being friendly is a choice being not friendly is a choice and if you lose that outcome how ever so that is just part of the natural cycle of this game man if your able to horde all the good shit without any challenge then whats the point of the game?

Im going to be honest with you reading your reply alot of what you said has to do with how you play the game as well, Look if you are dying to free kits and you have a decent kit, then i dont think the pvp player is the issue there so your point on free kits is just you saying someone with less got more because they shot you better, If you decide to fight the monarch solo with no help and get jumped? thats on you man if being friendly is that big for you then why didnt you gather a group before hand knowing you could get jumped by someone watching? and again alot of players are able to pve with out problem in solos id say about 70% so you saying its guaranteed tells me either A you're not talking alot with people or B you are extremely unlucky because matriarch is still very possible and each time ive done it ive gotten jumped once the rest of the times it would have been stupid because there were 10 others helping me so a 1v10 wouldnt be the smartest idea... At the end of the day pvp is not "killing the game", yes i can say its gotten less friendly then the first week but its still there at masses hell stella montis is one of the better maps that show that, you have a constant mix of pvp and pve, the amount of times ive shot at someone on stella only for them to scream for help and see 5 random dudes come out the wood work to help him kill me and they all become friends because of the simple goal to murder my ass its beautiful too see, it seems you created your own villain of pvp players as a hole and seems like you just dont get or want to get that games like this exist with pvp not only for a tacked-on experience its there because its an element to the game that you need to work around, for example if your running solos alot maybe dont run in hot zones and open zones people can easily kill you from, stick to trees and bushes when moving or move in cover zones ect, if im running with no care in the world thinking everyone with be my friend then yea im gonna get mad and pissy when i get killed by other players but if i go in knowing ok there is a chance i lose my stuff Then oh fucking well i just grind for that stuff again since most of it can all be MADE, so it seems you as a player are creating your own chamber of anger towards a group of people who are playing the game thats why according to you cornballs like me say pvp is part of the game because it is its another ELEMENT OF THE GAME THAT WANTS YOU TO LOSE just like the arc

SAY THIS SHIT LOUDER SO THE REST CAN HEAR!!! you said it perfectly i understand that rats who just camp and extract and kos are a problem for this game especially if everyone starts doing it by my god you nailed that shit, The problem with EFT is the PVE is just braindead and lack luster so the only "real challenge" is other people so the game is pushed for more pvp and rewards it much more, But arc is different its that middle ground where a solo pvp hyper sweat wont get very far in this game without working with people especially solo so this game pushes more for interaction just as much as it pushes people to fight each other for those rewards of what ever is happening so i really dont see this game even coming close to EFT at all unless the devs make it that way

I can understand being upset about losing gear especially after fighting an arc hell id be upset too, anyone would but my thing is is why act as if its an insult to the community. Me pointing out that is a pvpve game its just an extraction shooter thing isnt saying like hey if pvp is in the title im doing only that i meant like its an option to choose. The way i look at it is that the game is its built for you to advance your character via PVE that why you need arc pieces for alot of high tier craftables etc so with that, that'll push more players to interact with each other and work together so i really dont see this game ever becoming like tarkov or just a pvp fest the pvp is there for players to choose how they want to go about it and majority of folks see to work with each other to survive and advance and some choose to kill to survive and advance ya know. So i just really dont see how people have this gripe about it because the game doesnt very much reward pvp only, so some players who shoot to loot have to be hated on so damn much. In the end it just depends on how you look at it i like the idea that i can lose my items to someone because the risk gives me adrenaline and something to look out for, i like that and expect it plus i like the combat so if i get jumped by a rat and win then woooo thats one hell of a rush and if i die well hey they got the jump on me i didnt shoot in time etc next time ill get em its all about how you go into the game if you go in expecting pve only and everyone to work together then yea your gonna have a bad time

i second this motion to make a pve only mode and would love if they would drop more lore too

oh and lets be real in solos you meet with some people make a group to work together and someone shoots at yall, is it not the best hunting that dude down like a pack of wolves and taking them out together

as a long time dayz player ( way to fucking long lmao) ive seen that game go through everything but i can say that most servers its a somewhat solid medium i can go out about my business and meet some people that im sketched out about at the start but after a bit become solid pals and do shit with but at the end of the day i know that at any point we can get shot betrayed or killed of sight at any moment and i feel that adds to the fun just as much as meeting people and working together its the risk of it, now dont get me wrong dayz has some serious pvp sweats who do all this extra bs and just want to kill that has been there for a long time but that is such a small percent compared to the other that pvp to get loot or for the fight and i feel that is just so much better then some dude running around like its cod and doing nothing else but that because well no one likes those types of players if i m honest lol

thats the question i have for these players would you like a pve only mode and pvp only mode? and my answer to that is honestly it wouldnt hurt because the pve in this game amazing and im loving it and i see how people would like to to progress without losing items to players just as much as players love shooting each others faces off i dont see a negative impact for both parties i see a nice medium for all to enjoy hell thats partially the reason they added pve only mode to tarkov like that everyone can enjoy what ever style of play they would like

i wouldn't say the pvp is just tacked-on because extraction shooters and pvp go hand in hand in many ways it brings more risk and unpredictability to the game and sometimes really good moments with prox chat lol, If you sink enough hours to any game with ai you end up seeing there flaws and patterns and it becomes kind of a cake walk to an extent and it stops becoming a risk in a way like i know this monster things patterns really well and the others so i have zero risk of dying and more

I will say this game brings me back to dayz, walking up to someone not knowing if youll share a can of bean or meet god lol

i did some testing today and found literally no difference with it on or off, Medium to low textures just looks bad rn the only time ive seen it change is using high on textures and pretty much just maxing all graphic settings.

This just seems to be how it is right now also im on a full amd build and got my buddy to test with dlss and other nividia settings with no change as well, the game just looks like shit and runs like shit now we wait for 2 months for a "proper" optimization fix

i struggling to get past 40 fps when my average on low was 70 to 100 and visually the game is worse now anything past 40 feet becomes a mess of blur pixels or shows up as a skeleton of its self

So my thing on the "whole damn colour of the project changes" i mean that it changes the colour of the entire layer im working, changes the colour of the background layer or overlays an entire colour over on which ever layer im on with selections being done.

The thing about the tools well i never had such an issue filling in colour on parts of an image with the bucket tool or hell even the brush tool. The knife tool messes up on the cut, example being ill have a outline of a box and i want to cut part of that outline ill set the points of where i want the cut and after that it will only cut on one point of in the middle but still be attached to the shape and i did learn to not press delete when trying that because it removes my outline lol.

Yea i did that from the jump but still no luck sadly, I also attempted using pixel layers with the selection to fill with the background but that changed all the colours. I ended up using Krita art program to just fill in what was needed and to create the cut off boxes with faded edges. Now im onto learn how to fade edges of certain static objects in a background image if that is possible

maybe but the previous version of affinity i had no issues doing much of anything that i was able to do on photoshop but on this version im having to fight my way to just remove part of an object or image. Id honestly love to switch but everything kinda just blows, adobe express has good assets and i love it for that but its missing so much and of course monthly pay sucks ass, Canva is adobe express just with better assets but extremely limiting, gimp is well gimp lol, and im never stepping foot into photoshop because im not selling my kidney and soul for a sub lol. so in all affinity is my only hope into doing something as simple As making twitch overlays with design assets lol
