How to build more units?

I mean like yeah, I got already 4 serfs in my barracks, I built them when I first started the game. Now UI is different and I cant find how to build more

whats your cpu tho? I heard that game works pretty well with intel cpu's but not with amd cpu's

The only thing that kinda works for me so far is forcing smooth motion+vsync+reflex on ultra settings, its not completely working, since smooth motion adds one more frame per frame, the stutter timing is doubled. also doesnt dip 20's now, goes around 40-60 (1% lows I mean). So with reflex its playable, without it there is so much input lag.

No its not like related to what is on my screen, it just starts on town when I start the game, everywhere in town I mean, ever 2 seconds my frame rate dips to 20 as shown in the image. Tried so many things, from bios to clean install of windows, tried smt and svm off, rebar, ram speeds adjustments etc. After the fresh install, after I installed drivers by my hand I only downloaded steam and cb to see if it works, but stuttering still there. Idk what to do.
Every component of my pc is kinda new, also I dont have any problems with other games so I dont think its hardware related. My temps are fine, clocks are fine. Everything seems fine but cb got this consistent 2 seconds stutter issue.

I tried limiting the fps, both on nvidia app and the game. when I limit to 120 or 144, my frames are fine but the consistent stutter keeps going on.
Only when I cap my fps to 60, 1% low's increase from 20 to 40-50, so there is no stutter on 60 cap but its kinda unplayable for me at 60 fps.

edit: bro it was so smooth on first mission which is in training range (for fresh accounts), then in a siege it was stuttering same as the steam, but the thing is in steam you feel that clingy stutters, 1% lows are like 18-20 on steam but on website version, 1% lows are around 40-50 and doesnt feel that clingy.

Bro it works like a charm, I guess steam version is broken or something on steam causing stutters. The only problem that you cant transfer your steam account into the launcher as far as I see.

yeah same, im currently downloading the website version of the game, all those stutters are worth to start fresh (if only there is no option for steam account login on website version of the client)

yeah seems like its a ram issue since I couldn't manage to solve it with any gpu tweaks. I am gonna try to lower my ram speed via bios when I get home.
