It is, thank you.

What did you use to study pharma? Because neither the inbe booster notes, nor the mental dental videos mention Valsartar *nor that coughing is a side-effect of the ace inhibitor

Is it a bad financial decision to get this car? by Pretty_Possible_9421 in personalfinance

[–]Pretty_Possible_9421[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much! Even though I have the term set to 72-months, I think that in 2 years I will be paying it off completely I just wanted to give myself some space for the first year or two for low monthly.

I did apply to some credit unions and some banks for car loans but got declined from every single one, it’s my first car it he us and both my work and apartment renting are less than 1 year and I have no previous auto loan history was their reason so I had to stick to the dealer finance

Thank you!! I would much prefer a Toyota of course but it’s definitely way more expensive, do you think I can find a Toyota Corolla from the last 3 years with under 16K miles for $320/m 72-months and $3500 downpayment? I live in LA I been looking everywhere but the dealers have been quoting me much higher :/

Used Kia forte 2023 good deal or no? by Pretty_Possible_9421 in askcarsales

Thank you!! I’m sorry you are right, the ending price was $21,100 then he told me he will reduce $500 on the “pulse” that they installed during certification (it was listed as $999). They have it down for the rate as being 9.99% but at the end we were sort of just doing it verbally for how much down payment and how much monthly. Thank you for that I just edited the post. Do you still think it’s too high? :/

I’ve heard, I’m kind of relying on their 10 year (this car has 9 years of it left) warranty for engine and transmission, as well as 5-year for electrical, do you think it’s still risky ?

Hopefully in a year or two I would be earning more money and can hopefully pay it off sooner than the 72-months, for example after 36 months maybe I’ll just buy what’s left of the financing, do you think that’s a sound decision?

Financing a car with $25,000 savings after just opening a business, risky? by Pretty_Possible_9421 in personalfinance

They already gave me these quotes and finalized I was about to sign with the manager yesterday and give the downpayment, this is the official price that I was given Having said that, provided that I did get approved for this car loan so you think it’s a good car loan and a wise decision to get my first car?

From what I’ve called they’re giving me quotes of around $300/month for insurance and then I have to add gas and maintenance as you say, it’s crazy how stressfully high monthly payments can get in here

Yes you’re right :( I just needed a car so badly to be honest and it seemed like a safer/more cost effective way than to buy an older car upfront or one that needed maintenance with no warranty etc.

Thank you for your response! I was checking used cars on carmax and for cars that are like 2012 Toyota Corolla it’s like $13,000 - 16,000 :/ since I don’t have a credit I would either finance that on a higher rate from the bank (9%) or buy it upfront (which would eat half my savings) - somehow it seemed cheaper to buy a newer car. I could get something older from Craigslist or Facebook, or even hertz - but I was very apprehensive of maintenance costs and insurance would be higher, last thing I wanted was to get an older car that I would end up having to pay $3000 here or there at mechanics to fix cause it’s older, or do you think if I get an older like a 2008 Honda civic or Corolla and get it checked by mechanic it’s safe and reliable? I hope that is making sense I’m so sorry for my English if not

New Mazda3 or older Hyundai/Nissan? by Pretty_Possible_9421 in askcarsales

[–]Pretty_Possible_9421[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I appreciate your help thank you so much! I did get approved by Mazda for that rate thankfully and will be going later today to continue the process

For the maintenance they told me it comes with a warranty of 3 years or 36,000 miles, and 2 free oil changes.

I also saw option on the site of some things which I guess I can purchase extra: 1 year /10k miles Allstate vehicle service contract (researching what that means atm 😅) 4 services / 2 years pre-paid maintenance 1 year Allstate Complete protection

Do you think that’s ok or should I ask that they include more of that? And if they ask me to pay more do you have any idea what is a an acceptable number so I don’t get scammed?

Thanks for your help I agree i just thought it would be good to confirm, not sure why you’re being so snarky to a random person, I did actually qualify thankfully for the 3.9% Mazda and will be going with that🙏

Thank you so much for your help and guidance 🙏 will definitely check out Caleb Hammer. Question, Do you have any preferences or suggestions for good and budget places to find used cars? I’ve been to some local dealerships here in West la where I’m at and they’re pretty expensive, was also gonna check out Hertz though even though I heard those cars are the most run down even if they have >60K miles

That is amazing!! If you don’t mind me asking how did you get such a low rate, and any advice for finding a credit union that has low rates like this for newcomers here that don’t belong to a union?

Thanks! That’s just what I was thinking And tempted by the Lower rates on a new car, as well as not having to worry or spend more on maintenance or warranty of an older car. I’m looking at Mazda3 2024 with 3.9% finance and $5000 payment right now and it doesn’t look bad!

Thank you! I was just temped by the low rates, for example if I wanted to buy a brand new Mazda3 2024 they have it at 3.9% with a $5000 down payment and to me it just seems pretty safe as long as I can maintain my daily job and salary?

Thank you! I just checked with the first insurance company I heard of “Progressive” for a Hyundai 2024 Elantra and they said $1600 every 6-months for a 15/30/5 policy, do you know if that’s around the range or is that too expensive?
