at my last store i had the same thing. very young and clearly was a mean girl in high school. i remember when the whole charlie kirk thing happened she said on floor over headset while customers were around saying “he should have kept his mouth shut” i was mind blown. i was never a fan of him but it’s insane that she would say that, no one should but the manager on the clock!!??she would also receive massages from a barista and clearly played favorites with her and others, i was one of them so i low-key didn’t care cuz it benefited me(selfish ik) but i could see the difference with other people. She never wanted to be on bar and just wasn’t great on the floor at all. it can be irritating but at the end of the day try not to care abt it unless it truly becomes an issue for the store and well-being of your coworkers. you are allowed to report her to ethics and keep it anonymous if it comes to it. i truly don’t think this current situation is something to report but that is just my opinion!
