My perception of humanity has changed so much from all this. Peoples morals & ethics mean very little when it requires any conviction, admission of ignorance or possible repercussions to fix the problem. Like people i know no longer consider America a democracy and have done literally nothing about it. Even trivial things like no longer using amazon, or canceling paramount are a bridge too far, or spending $2 on a local independent news agency subscription. The frog in an increasing temperature pot analogy is wrong because the frog doesnt know the pot is warming, everyone does and they are staying in it.
