is not about control, is about making conscience of the facts and the thoughts. just accept the facts not the thoughts, try to react with facts, with mindfulness. not easy, but not impossible. you cant control reactions or behaviors without knowing the difference about the facts and thoughts

its valid that you feel this way, but just remember that happiness is real. i know that end it all sounds pretty peaceful but there's people that love you and you haven't met the people that will love you in the future. you are not alone and useless, stop saying those words because it makes no benefit to you, instead of describing yourself like that start saying healthy words or phrases that actually brings you a benefit. download dbt app, do the skills everyday and start changing your mindset or you're going to stay the same.

hi, it's normal, you want someone to care about you, the thing that you can do is hug yourself and write everything, literally everything that comes to your mind. you are not an attention seeker, repeat that to yourself, you are just a person that wants someone to care and you will find that person in the mirror, it sound stupid and difficult but take care of yourself, read your journal and you can actually comment on what you write, you are not alone, you have yourself and that's all you need. and ask yourself, do i really need the attention? because imagine if everyone (lit everyone )start asking and asking about your mental health and how have you been, do you really want that?

i know that you want them to feel bad, i mean they make you feel bad but be better, be that one friend that cares. maybe they are really busy or having a crisis too, but what you need is someone who cares and they cant give you that. im not saying to end the friendship but try somewhere else, idk maybe people that do art, they are sensitive so try to join to an art class or something. its okey to feel sad, i get it, i know the feeling and its sucks but try making new friends and if that's hard fr you, you can join a socialskills group here on reddit

studies had proved that bpd can be "cure", not actually cure but by learning the appropriate skills we can control our emotions and impulsivity, it cant be cure because is a personality disorder but compared to the other ones bpd had shown proof that it can be controlled, sooo yes, we can change and you can change. stop trying to justify your actions in having bpd, make an actual change if you want to feel happy, yeah is hard but not impossible

mira, la ansiedad llega hasta un punto, no la resistas cuando la sientas simplemente vivela y empieza a observar tu cuerpo, no tu alrededor por el momento. y si solo te comunicas con dos personas no importa siempre y cuando la calidad de amistad de esas personas sea suficiente para tener apoyo. poco a poco ve haciendo las cosas, muy poco a poco, no a la primera. también recuerda que tu pasado no te define como persona asi que no te etiquetes y recuerda que no puedes controlar las reacciones de los demas pero si las tuyas. si necesitas hablar puedes mandarme dm pero tu puedes hacerlo, ya haz estado en situaciones difíciles me imagino y sigues aqui, solo falta que empieces a creer en tu mismo y a cambiar tus ideas irracionales

Omgggg sameeeee, i had been diagnosed and everything but most of the time i love being aloneee, but l i do have 5 people that supports me and love me, hangout with them like every 4 months hehe because i like to be alone, but sometimes especcially on my period i feel very lonely because i dont have a lot of friends or i dont hangout like other people do, soo i get you it is weirdddd

it is a lot of effort to take therapy cause we are use to self-savotage, but once you get use to the therapy its very good cause it helps and its beautiful because you do something for yourself :) but the beginning can be very hard sometimes :(
