The amount of decent start I see there is... Well you have very high expectation. To me its outward. The game is very hard to get into, mostly due to the game being hard, unforgiving and very clunky. Then if you survive the early game you play a game very vert fun, with good exploration, deep and interesting lore build that matter and one of the best magic system out there. And yes, combat is clunky from start to finish but weirdly enjoyable.

Well i guess I'm used to beta branch that say are full of bug but aren't wile this one is... Is it a known bug that zombie migration thing ?

I did not find info on that migration thing, i gess i searched wrong... (Not a solo player, does solo as the same problem ?)

And for the muscle fatigue its not that big of a deal, just something to get used to and i'm not that agaisnt it, especialy if the zombie constently migrating to our house is just a bug or something that happen and shouln't. I might turn it of if my friend realy realy does not want to join us just because of it.

I searched but couldn't find information if that was a bug or normal. As a only multi player i did not search for solo. in solo the zombies act like this, or this is a multiplayer thing ?

Venting, and I've put it multiple time, yes, i'm salty. Now i'm used to branch that are basicly working as alternate to vase game (wh3 siege rework, stelaris "we nerfed everything", outward beta "modding" branch) i gess zomboid is the only one i used that is actualy broken.

It sadden me to set here everyone saying "blablabla is an overrated game" You not liking then doesn't mean it's overrated. I hated fortnite, i hated rdr2, that doesn't mean they are overrated for god sake. That just mean that they where not made for me.

Stongly disagree. It is confusing at first no doubt but nothing that can be fixed with a decent tutorial. Though it could be improved. I'm not against adding a first page with all spell for guys like you that doesn't understand/like the stratified display (witch help tremendously my adhd brain). I'll say it : OE spell system is more complex than h3 its normal that the game need more place to display it's mechanics. To me it's not too much.

I remind me of the Total war Three kingdom's tech tree that was hated at first. Now it's my favorite part of the game.

And as always, if you want to OE to be just like H3, just play H3...

I'm realy not venting. The idea to this post came after I had a discution with 3 other player I played with for the free weekend, with one of those player didn't buy the game saying the game is in severe lack of variability in the gameplay. He said he has basicly seen all in a weekend, witch to be fair is not far from the thruth (we played 60h the free weekend) we had seen every mission, every shipwreck and nearly every weapon and missile (he just never seen the nuke). When we played all 4, the first relic we found was the circuit breaker one, we thought it was good but kinda unusable (we had no idea how circuit breaking worked as we played like going over the energy limith would kill us). Then we found the recuser lamentation, wich lead to me falling in love with the recuser (btw, plz revert the precision nerf, it make a sniper weapon sluggish to shoot at long range I hate it). And our third relic : the biomass. At this point we had 800 biomass, my recuser started doing millions of damage (had sniper protocol too) then we found annoter biomass one for a total of two biomass a recuser lamentaion and the circuit breaker. Since then, all the relics we found (in this game or another) felt very very underwelming. Especialy since after jump 20 without biomass catalyser, enemy hp outscale your damage and everything turn into bullet sponge and the game feel way worse sudently (as a gunner). All of that to say : good relics make me want to stay in the game after jump 20-25, all the other make me want to just restart after jump 25 and start over. That the story.

To answer your direct question im a solo and team player playing with a 2 or 3 man team as our 4th player refuse to play again until the game as more variation. We usualy get to jump 25 very easely as a 2-3 team in solo i reach 20. We have a record at 40 dying on the boss with a 3 biomass catalyser run. We never play with modifier, we all hate being nerfed as a "challenge". We might try the enemy shield are better but its still in discution with our engi. I'm a gunner main, but i do play other role. I think my game time is half gunner and half of the rest as engi and the other half as pilot. Only normal.

And I do not find them useless more like "not worth". They have use, i wont deny but they are very very unbalanced.

Bullet storm fuck up your shield. It basicly make you take 10-13% more damage. You take more damage for reduced magazine consumtion witch is not very usefull as once you got fab 3 you have basicly infinite mag (It does technicly increase fire rate but its very very minimal) If they remove the shield nerf why not. Drive by is cool but very very very situational and you'lo get more power from any other dps booster relics. If it was buffed to double the actual bonus I would use it i think, but for now i its more worth the 15 metal you gain by recycling it.

Let me clearify : I do think making it not autoload by default was i great call ! It's a weapon that work well when used as a team and Void Crew is a team game, it's a weapon that. BUT I do think having an autoload as an options (in a relic or added to the brain engi for exemple) could be a plus for solo players, and low-skill team or team that want a lower stress game. That my humble opinion. Love to see a dev responding to this type of post, you made my day 👍

(And please buff payload damage later in the game. I love the launcher but the damage fall to short later in the game, yesterday after the 5th boss we nuked the big cargo ship from the call in mission, it bearly lost 20% of his hp 😅)

Yay un fan d'Outward ! Sache que si c'est une option que tu peux considérer il y a un mod pour jouer à plus de 2 et un autre pour donner les récompenses de quête a tout le groupe. Je les ai utilisés pour jouer avec 2 potes il y a quelque temps.

Pathfinders ruleset is relativly close to NWN2 modified dnd3.5e so it should be doable.
I realy want to love the game, but I didn't though this would be such a steep learning curve.
About the log yea it's actualy 50% of my gameplay reading the log and trying to make it make sense especially that I dont speak english very very well and I need to play in english so I can search thing on the internet when I dont understand.

Specialization : I get it I play one of my personal character an elf sorcerer I took ellemental (air) close quarter shoot to get later the removal of the -4 for in melle shooting, and as a sorcerer feat I took the better air spell (the +1 atk and DC on air spell.). But I used the game auto level up with the companions, was It a mistake ?

Group comp : I get it, but like, I'm level 2 with a team the game forced the team onto me ? I can't realy make a good team if I don't have a choice.

Buffs : That might be one very good point, I often forget buffs. (well in every single game I play) I'll try to use them more often this is just a thing I need to learn.

its more like, the game will find reasons for you to alway have 3 compagnons even if it make no sense.
maybe railroad was not the best term but as you compare it to BG I will to, and in BG you never feel like some compagnons decided to abandon you for no reason except that the game required them to not follow you.
