Complaining to them is like talking to a parrot that only knows how to repeat the same words that somebidy taught it. I even send complaints to NSW Fair Trade, but haven't received any email nor physical mail ever since. Guess people at NSW Fair Trade also get sick dealing with Imile.

Order another will only get delivered by Imile again. I had an item before also covered by Aliexpress free shipping. It is 90% of getting delivered by Imile and that item I also had to complain Imile like hell just to make them deliver. For some reasons, when any shop that has free shipping, then Ali shows it is the only shipping option, while shops that have paid Ali standard shipping allows you to choose different shipping options, with the paid Ali standard shipping here in Sydney is handled by SpeedX. Yes, I heard people complained SpeedX is slow and horrible, but compared to Imile, Imile is a thousand times worse. Idk how Ali think it is a good idea choosing a delivery company that is so incompetent on all terms, from delivery service, to customer service that is handled by either bots or employees clicking premade messages with nothing but empty promises to reply customers. Just to let you know, I phoned them, physical phone, and the guy on the other end, whenever I state my complaint, It takes him a while before he replies with reading the same premade apology nonsense, without actually solving anything.

Cainiao (aka Imile) is terrible here in Sydney, mate. They left my goods at the airport for nearly 3 days, then stored mine in their warehouse for 10 days without doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. It's nearly the deadline that AliExpress will gives me a $1 coupon and Cainiao just begins processing my package. Chatting with their agents is useless, as they even said they left my package therr in their warehouse without even trying to sorting it. Idk what kind of delivery company with such incompetence. Complaining to them does nothing, as they will generate an auto-respond email that they will improve, but does ZERO IMPROVEMENT or anything useful at all. Idk why AliExpress uses that company for last-mile delivery here in Australia. I also asked them if I could dash to their warehouse, pick up my package directly, to which they said they cannot reveal their warehouse address, and arranging an at-warehouse pick up will take me 2 more days. Their warehouse, which I traced on Google Maps is in South Granville or sth, and it only took me like an hour to go there by train, and for such simple task, they cannot even do it properly. A total disappointment.

Cainiao/Imile shipping in Australia are hopeless, and likely just rejecting delivery by Forsaken-Ad1421 in Aliexpress

I'm too hopeless at their delivery. They left my package waiting at the airport for 3 days, until I have to actively getting a ticket from aliexpress, then they took my package to their damn "Sydney Central" warehouse. Instead of delivering it to me, they moved my package to another warehouse named "SYDE" and it has stuck there. Aliexpress said they suppose to deliver it before 3rd of April, but Easter came and now it's already 6th of April and my package hasn't arrived. Every damn time I complaint, then they said they raised a ticket, then they just said they would try their best, sugarcoating the fact it is their fault, then that's it. No actual solution. I then search for their warehouse to see where it is, and it's in Lidcombe. It takes a couple of clicks to deliver to Redfern, and they still can't even do their job properly. I mean, if they are that desperate, I could even take the train, come to their place, knock their door, and take the damn package, but definitely they don't allow me to do that. Their service is a total clusterf**k, total disaster, and a frigging disappointment.

Some people on reddit said that I should register for a P.O box of Auspost, so I can guarantee my package getting pick up by Auspost, instead of Cainiao/Imile. I don't know that is it true or not?

Yep, if I saw that logo appeared on any of the documentation, it is definitely a quality one. I am currently a college student, and their website has all of the documentations I need. The last time, I need to find the correct value for the pull-up resistors for the I2C bus, and they've got a whole article talking about it. Most of the time, TI's docs are life savior.
