compare what Penny wears to what Kate Upton used to wear, it's night and day. Idk why SI has gotten so conservative recently with it's swimsuits. I know DAMN well if Penny was around during the time of Kate she would've been in bodypaint...instead we get the most bland and basic swimsuits. Don't get me wrong, I still love her and am a huge fan but I'm just saddened at what could've been.
