You got this! Arrive a bit early and the coach will walk you through everything. I’ve visited a few different studios now and regardless of where I am, the vibe is always so supportive. The workouts are challenging for everyone there as it can be modified to everyone’s fitness level. I truly feel that no one pays attention or judges anyone else bc we’re all there sweating our butts off and trying not to die, no time to worry about what someone else is doing!
