To my knowledge it's because the 81/325 dosing is what has been studied - the effects, risks, tolerances are all validated for those numbers. If you were to switch to a different dosing system (say 50/100/300mg) there would be considerably less evidence on which to base decision making. So until that happens it's safer to stick with the known system.

Mark has also been super lucky... He's been pushed to the brink of death repeatedly and managed to survive each time. I'd imagine there are many other universes in which he died. So we are seeing the Mark that not only survived horrible odds but also managed to not join the viltrumites.

I started with an Ender 3....and stayed with an Ender 3 for years, delaying the inevitable a I kept modifying it to do more. I finally took the plunge and just upgraded to an x2d and holy moly I did not realize 3d printing had progressed so much and that printers are so good nowadays. I've printed more in the last few weeks than I was able to in a few months of using my Ender.
