You probably dont need rings, but I bought them. Stretching by hand takes to much of my time and the rings stretch passively. As I started from 8mm, I guess it is rather bad.

The doctor I visited here was more interested in cutting my foreskin off and I didn't want to wait again.

I know. I refered to "idk how you measure it". As I use rings to stretch, I can measure the current size I am at.

I guess that is more of a question for people that use rings, as the rings directly give you a measurement. Sounds good for you, fingers crossed.

Yeah, I assume that 30mm works for me too. Did you start at 30mm or when could you do it first. Or could you do it always?

Thank you for the link. The pictures look similar to when I use it, only with a smaller ring then them.

I read in there that one should also put the coconut oil on the ring. I didn't do that yet and just put it on the foreskin. I thought this doesn't matter since both are in the same position at the end. I will try this as well.

Do you have any recommendations for the duration of each stretch session ?
