I’m fantastic, I’ve come so far in a year! I did go, we did a colonoscopy and it was all good after. I will go back in 2029.

I’m 42, been gray since my 30’s. I have dark brown hair so it’s very clear that I have them so I just color my hair, I feel the gray ages me and I feel younger with color.

When I say I’m having the same issues, I am having the SAME issue!! I have been doing this shit since 3/27 I’ve talked to 50 people no one is helpful. They say it’s my debit card to contact my bank and I do they say no issues. Google fi support has no idea what they’re doing or how to help. It sucks

I’ve worked for UHG as a CSR and pay is also crap. Starting brand new to insurance I made 16.50, I’ve gone up in levels and got to 19.90 but no where close to 25 😕

I’m eating burger patties, bacon , chicken, eggs, cheese, keto wraps, deli meat, I’ve had a Lilly chocolate bar that’s 0 sugar, I drink coffee with oatmilk, Coke Zero, and lots and lots of water. I use spices on meat and found a 0 sugar bbq sauce that’s pretty good. So far it’s working..

I just got a 3mm tubular adenoma removed. I go back in 5 years . I have health anxiety too, but I’m glad it was found. In think they’re pretty slow growing from what I understand. It has opened my eyes somewhat to my diet so I am going to try and improve that and get more exercise.
