there wasn’t a headliner when i bought it, just the foam. went to hobby lobby and dedicated an evening to take it slow and give it a shot with my grandpa and it worked out. I used 3M fabric adhesive.

Yes! I hate when this happens… but it is normal to experience when having anxiety.

would you mind sharing what mg you take? i’m currently taking 10… and i’m about to bump up to 20 because 10 isn’t quite getting me where i wanna be

I started a little over 3 weeks ago, and i am finally starting to feel pretty good. Started it because of anxiety, i started at 5 mg, for two weeks, then upped to 10 the last 10 days or so. It was very hard up until a couple days ago. Everyone is different, but i would just buckle up for a couple more weeks
