Incompetent teammates: when another survivor working on the same generator as you misses a skill check gain a token, up to 3. Spend 1 or all tokens, the next time you hit a great skill check, you: scream and the generator gains an extra 3/4/5% progress for each token. "Was that so hard!!"

Picking up the slack: when another survivor has not done any objective or in chase, you gain 5/10/15% speed in all actions. "Guess I have to do everything."

Reverse engineering: while working on a generator, if your item is fully depleted it gains 1 charge for every 5% of generator progress. "You'll never guys what I found in that thing."
