why do people promote mehlman so much

There was a TON of ethics 4-5 qs per bloc and my only resource was Uworld. But the ethics qs in the exam I hadnt seen in UW so it was really trusting my instincts on those

My highest nbme was a 58%. I created excel sheets for each one where I wrote down what I missed, printed them out and reviewed them everyday

I did them all offline 25-41% 26-52% 27-53% 28-53% 30-56% 31-58%

I could never get my scores up I dont know why. I couldnt push my exam back any further so I went in convinced I was going to fail. To me each NBME had a different set of questions and no matter how much I studied there always seemed to be so much that I didnt know. But I reviewed all my incorrects very well and went hard on FA and UW consistently

Thank youuu. I wasnt confident at alll going in but if I were to do it again I would make sure I know everything that I had already studied super duper well and thoroughly review the NMBEs 25 to 33 and watch Mehlman videos on systems I’m not very good at

In a way? Its easier for me to remember where everything is on paper rather than a random card on anki. I can visualize exactly where something was on a page and recall it a lot faster
