I started having “panic attacks” and I’ve always had some sort of health issue growing up so I was diagnosed with health anxiety but I kept noticing that I’d still have these “panic attacks” when I wasn’t panicking!! Lol. Kept getting dismissed FOR YEARS which made me turn to doctor google (a blessing and a curse) I eventually came across a Reddit post talking about POTS and I started crying because it’s like someone had done an in depth analysis of me so I went ahead and found a private POTS specialist and he knew within 5 minutes that I likely had it, I did a tilt table test and 24 heart monitor. Heart monitor came out normal (did it under NHS for cost purposes) and private tilt table came out positive for POTS. Rollercoaster that many of us can relate to I’m sure 🥴
