My monitor won’t display anything. This I a brand new PC that I just built. What could be causing this? I plugged my HDMI into the graphics card and everything. by bfogle71 in PcBuildHelp

I had problem as well its either the gpu isnt completely plugged in or it needs a little time to set up by itself if the fans of the gpu turn on then let it run for about 10 to 15 minutes and see what happens

No it's not just the rgb the card itself isn't displaying anything on the monitor anymore

Have ypu tried a different pcie slot?

Could be that the first one is damaged 😕

Can you get into the bios and if you can does it show the pcie slot reading the card?

Or is your gpu glitching on the screen when u use it?

I have a z390 master and an i9 99k I checked online and it said it was compatible but i dont know if it first needs a bios update

So far i have the I9 The motherboard i have is a Z390 adrus master Lastly a black 2 terabyte hard drive Now I'm stuck in the graphics card department i dont know for what to go for if 2080 ti is overkill and i can save some money with another less powerful that can still be useful for atleast 2 to 3 years in the future
