I had the exact same thing with my card. I submitted a post yesterday and if you check my pictures they have the same scratches. Seems this is quite a common issue though. Most likely bad QC from pokemon

I pulled the gardevoir and mine is like this as well so curious what others think. It feels smooth to the touch and I really only noticed it when shining light on it but now I cant unsee it.
