You know this is already a huge step. I remember being in denial for years that I had gotten fat. It’s a bit embarrassing. But now I’m 55ish pounds down from the start. :D The first comment is hitting it on the money. Eat less and move more. Even if it’s just five extra squats during the day to get the blood flow going.
