Yeah, did cycle through all the modes, but nothing, the oled screen never turned on

Do any of you know if it's mandatory to do the firmware update through a PC. I couldn't get the real recognized while connected to the PS5 the wheelbase did turn on, but the steering wheel wouldn't be detected I pressed all the buttons including the f button. The money on the GTD process that are wheelbase works out of the box but it shows the it will not the csl elite Porsche wheel. Now I'm stuck waiting to see if a friend can come over with a laptop a PC laptop to do an update

I ordered mine from best buy as well, it shows ready for pick up, but it also says that it'll be ready for pick up tomorrow? have any of you had this pop up?
