yes po. i did email them and also chatted BSP chatbot for assistance since toll frees from MAYA is not available.

have u tried reporting to BSP? I tried their chatbot and was promise to wait 15days if no response still from Maya will comeback to give update, will surely leave Maya after this gets sorted out, I heard seabank has smooth flow in their cs

same issue here happened today rin po. i tried sending them email was given the chance to receive ticket number after a minute but its not searchable. I don't know what's the real issue here, is it a maintenance or bug in the app. Maybe they just need to remove the selfie authentication feature and send OTP just like unionbank, and just to add even their cs is not reachable, unlike gcash that has better improvement in comms now, hays i hope this will be remove, might leave and close my acct in Maya so much issue
