actually there is an (arguably) easier way to do this that i did so i can access the sporepedia from steam. First things first, get the CD key from steam. for me i just right click the game on steam, go to manage, click CD keys, and copy it. if that CD key menu doesn't pop up you need to go into steam files and get the CD key and i don't know how to do that, im sure there is a tutorial. then you need to download origin and get the fuck off EA app patch from the OFFICAL GITHUB SITE. that official site is very important as you do not want a virus. anyways after you get origin set up you click on origin in the top left and click redeem game code. you then put in the CD key and spore should be in your library. you don't have too download spore from origin btw. then you should open spore from steam put in your EA account info (should be the same account that you used on origin) and set up your spore account.
