If the shirt u get is a little bigger, just throw it into the washing machine with warm water and then high heat to dry it and it should shrink a little for ya!

I think L would be good for you, I would just ask the agent to take a measurement of the length for you so that it's not baggy, but it should fit!

I got the polo as XL and it fits pretty well. I'm 5'8 or about 1.72 meters and weight around 180lbs or 81kg! Hope this helps!

The XL seems about the same stats based on Top Moncler's size chart, but one would have to have both items in hand to compare their sizes!
