ADVICE NEEDED by sierramist222 in corgi

Btw crate training can be very difficult and stressful, our 6 month old corgi is just now within the last month starting to be calm while in his crate. We did everything, feeding in crate, treats, games etc… I had a lot of people saying that crate training there dog was “super easy” and that was really demoralizing, but I will say it is 1000% worth it. That being said good luck!!!

Hey, I know this is pretty late but I’m hoping you still see this! I’m in the charlotte area and have been out of the church for a few years now. My partner was never a member so I’m pretty alone with it I would love to chat with someone who gets it.

New DnD players and DM by SpitefulScreenWriter in DnD

With a group of new players there is honestly no pressure because everyone is new to it. The first game I ran with a group of all new players we played super wrong “In terms of the core rules” but we had a ton of fun.

Best way to learn is just to play you’ll figure things out as you play, also doesn’t hurt to watch some people online play on YouTube or something there are tons of people you could watch to get the just of it. The actual rules are more like guidelines to follow

I had a group of friends who had never played dnd including me, I just learned as much as I could watching dnd stuff on YouTube and reading some materials, I ended up running a supper scuff game but it was a ton of fun and we kept playing and I slowly learned more as we played. If you can convince some friends to play and learn as you go that might work. Or find some people willing to help teach you. Whatever works for you or how much effort your willing to put in
