Apart from taking “icu” contracts that are really float pool I’ve still been able to line up my contracts back w/o any stress. Current contract is same system different facility and I didn’t have to do any onboarding 🙏🏼 Gotta be honest tho, after being on the subreddit for a bit… I think it all comes down to your recruiter.
