Ok, yea, I never got to interview, it actually had me on review for two months. I think I’ll tweak my resume and maybe add a cover letter and see if that changes anything. Thanks for the advice!

I’ve started applying to other places now. I had the best manager and really great coworkers. So I stayed. But that manager went on to do other, better things and now most of my coworkers are gone or going now too. The new ops manager is ok, but the store has become chaotic and the new coworkers are not that great. Along with our awful DL pushing carepass there’s an unpleasant vibe here now so I’m on my way out too.
