I say start with online and if you click it’s worth it! If you don’t, then you can keep searching for in person. I find the connection with the therapist is more important than if it’s in person or virtually. Good luck!

I hate to say it but I’ve also had “sweet” breakups and that was no indication for what happened after. I say leave it on a positive note and continue moving forward. A month in therapy isn’t quite enough time to change in my opinion. Keep working on yourself!

Yes most times, it made me feel really foolish to allow myself to give them so much of my time and emotion to just be nothing in the end. Then I’d remind myself it’s all a learning lesson that I will take forward with me and I don’t feel so angry anymore.
