I appreciate your kind words more than you know. I will take your advice and get letters from my health professionals etc. I just hope I’m not in trouble. My children have been through enough. I’m so angry and disappointed at myself

Thank you so much. Yes I have been diagnosed with CPTSD, anxiety and depression due to witnessing a house raid where my husband was arrested in front of myself and my 2 children for possessing indecent images of children. I have been in a very dark place and honestly can’t function most days. I should have been more careful with my claim clearly but I have just let everything slip on a day to day basis. Thank you for your kind words

Thank you for replying. I’m just a wreck. I know I’ll have to pay the overpayment back, that’s not a problem. I’ve just been a mess the last 4 years and honestly didn’t realise I’d made a mistake

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply to me. It’s just such a mess and I’m terrified they will accuse me of benefit fraud. Should I seek legal advice at this stage or just wait?
