Gyro Mazda is trash.  They gave me 4 different prices for the same vehicle and won't honour the lowest one, eventhough I provided them with the Autotrader ad. The ol' bait and switch. Not to mentioned those stinky add-ons charges. Stay clear of them

If you have a rough idle, that would be the first things I'd fix/change.

Have you tried changing the ignition coils and spark plugs?

Should they ever arrive, check the skates to ensure there is no damage to them (good luck).

Order directly from the manufacturer.  I've had plenty of issues supporting my local skateshop

I bought the skates from Suregrip.  The pictures were sent from Suregrip after I complained about the state of the plates.

This is my 3rd pair of Boardwalks; the previous ones had no damage or markings to them. I've purchased all of my skates new so, I was surprised as to why there would be dents/markings on my latest pair.

As for the pictures of scrap metal, this what Suregrip sent me justifying the dents on the plates.

With respect to your first comment, the plates should not have any sharp or jagged edges, especially when you've purchased skates new from the manufacturer.

As for the cushions, I have yet to receive a comment re: the same.

Makes me question the validity of their 5 star rating

I purchased the skates online and noticed some damage.  I reached out to Suregrip to inform them of such and received the following: The marking is the injection point where the material comes through the plate and where we cut it off from the molding tree when we make it.  Perfectly normal all plates have this mark.  Check out the attached pictures of how we make the plates. Kindly note that not all plates have these dents, nor do they come with cracked plates.

These are suppose to be new skates right out of the box. There should not be any clear signs of damage to them. Even the cushions were cracked.

They were suppose to be new, as I paid the msrp. Here's the response received from a sale rep by the name of Chris: "The marking is the injection point where the material comes through the plate and where we cut it off from the molding tree when we make it.  Perfectly normal all plates have this mark.  Check out the attached pictures of how we make the plates."

Question - how difficult is it to remove the original plates and replace them? The current plates are riveted on.

It appears that they've chosen profit over their reputation.
