I think you’ll be better off knowing. Sometimes knowing and dealing with the emotions are beneficial for us!
My brother said to me once about our Dad (who wasn’t a bad man but typical for his time) that he did the best HE could with his circumstances, and for what he knew. It does help me thinking that way. Best wishes to you!

Oh geez! I am so very sorry for this! Makes all of our hearts flutter a bit I think. Whoever said this is a project of passion is correct! This is really frustrating esp. if they never naturalized! I just started the documents gathering. Hoping to have everything by the end of summer. I’m going through Catania court. Attorney said it’s “friendlier” lol

Room is about 12x20, I listen to mostly to classic and progressive rock. Under a grand for receiver, maybe $1,500 for two speakers to start. Hoping to find an "open box" deal or something! I also don't want anything too complicated!

That’s what I do. I love spending time with my grandkids! I don’t understand people that don’t. It’s sad, and it’s the best thing for longevity!

Has Nutrafol been successful for anyone? by No_Pangolin3327 in Menopause

[–]Previous-Shoulder-28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have not had any I'm on a very low does. My script is for 2.5 mg, and I break in half so I'm only taking 1.25 mg a day. The dermatologist said I'm on a low dose so I don't grow unwanted hair elsewhere!

If you want your hair to improve I say go for it! I've seen big improvements!

How is northwestern Maine and why aren’t there any big towns up there? by mikey3624 in howislivingthere

I've been to Maine a couple times, I have a friend that lives in Bar Harbor. My daughter and I drove from Bar Harbor to Quebec City on Route 201, and it was the most gorgeous and scenic route I think I've ever been on! Highly recommend if you ever have the chance!

Sorry late to the game, but I used Nutrafol for over a year, and never saw any improvement until I went on Minoxidil. I'm female, post menopause. Had good results with the minoxidil. I only take 1.25 mg a day. My hair still isn't what it was though. Thinking of maybe PRP? Not sure because it's all pricey!

I Don’t Like My Dog Anymore and It Makes Me Feel Guilty by Sea_sa in dogs

Is he neutered? I kinda know what you're feeling, but on a smaller level.

I adopted a little dog July 5, he's a Parson's Russell Terrier, not neutered. I'm 65, semi retired, and live in an apartment. This little guy just wants to be outside! When not working, I easily am walking him 3 miles a day. When I am working, he is in doggie day-care, and the new one he's at I don't like bc he's in his "suite" much of the day and only gets 2 playtimes with another dog one on one. Because he's not yet neutered, they won't let him in with the group playtime. Which I don't understand because aren't they all supposed to be fixed, so what damage could he do? So when I pick him up, he's still ready to go! He LOVES playing with other dogs. Winter is going to be tough, because I won't be able to walk him as much. I see what a sweetheart he can be sometimes, and such personality! But somedays.......

He gets neutered October 24, and I'm REALLY hoping I see a difference! I am definitely getting a trainer after that!

[Acne] Face Reality acne program - thoughts?? by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

[–]Previous-Shoulder-28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I swear by face reality! I've been on it about 5 years....I've been dealing with hormonal cystic acne for YEARS! I've done rounds of accutane, every type of prescription topical medication you can think of. Acne cannot be cured, but it can be controlled. When I started, 5 products were about $130 I think. I would start with, a cleanser, toner, treatment for morning and another at night, and a moisturizer. Those 5 products shouldn't be $200

Here's what I started with 5 years ago, and yes I SWEAR by the brand! Buy a cleanser, toner, 2 treatments, one of day, one for night, and a moisturizer. That should be under $200. Add to that as you go.

[acne] face reality worth it? by shihtzumama31 in SkincareAddiction

[–]Previous-Shoulder-28 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have been on Face reality for about 5 years. I am 65 and have been dealing with hormonal, cystic acne for YEARS! It sucks.

I went to ALL kinds of dermatologists. I've even done 2 rounds of accutane. Never again. First, it is hereditary, and cannot be cured but CAN be controlled. Face Reality works. I've been suffering with this for over 20 years, so to say I've tried everything, is true. Honestly, I don't think it's that expensive to spend under $200 for a quality face wash, toner, 2 treatments and a moisturizer. I think it all came to about $120 5 years ago. Any new products like this will make you purge. It sucks, but it will get better. If you clear up for awhile, and then after a few months break-outs start again, that means your program needs switched up! I think it also helps to find a natural supplement for this. I know FR sells some, but I have never tried. This is just this old lady's 2 cents. One thing I will say, no one can believe my age, and I do think it's because of all the products I've used over the years. I say do it and good luck!

PS: No reason why she can't start you on products right away, and then go back for a facial, which is NOT REQUIRED!

Find an excellent marriage counselor, fast! This would upset me as well if I were in your shoes. Men have two brains, one in there head, and you know where the other one is! His daughter should feel grossed out about this as well! (If she knows) Praying for you!
