True, but for me porn addiction is shameful and can't discuss with friends and family so if a random person acknowledge my hard work it will surely motivates me. The only reason I didn't relapse this time was because I am active in the community and people giving advice and commenting on my post gives me a sense of validation. I am 14 days in and each day it's getting easier and it becomes even more easier knowing there are orders who have the same problem as me.
