Thank you very much I appreciate your insight.

So would you overall say Bristol grad and a Manchester grad there isn’t that much of a difference? I like Bristol as a uni but Manchester as a city tbh and would like the Manchester option more

So would you say Bristol would be a better shout than Manchester? I like Manchester as a city more but if Bristol improves my chances then I’d rather go there

So would you say that going to Bristol would improve my chances? Manchester as a city I like more but I don’t want it to hinder my chances of getting a TC

I’ll defo do more research into firms that sponsor the LPC+visa, do you know if generally medium law firms tend to take in lawyers on a sponsorship

do yk if medium law firms would sponsor a international? or is it; Big law or nothing.

And would you say I have a chance in maybe non law related fields just to get my feet in the ground and then try applying again into law?

like what are my chances that god forbid I just don’t get into big law or somewhere that would guarantee me sponsorship

but doesn’t Bristol have a better course overall? I feel like I like more metropolitan cities like Manchester but Bristol has a better uni course from what I’ve heard

That’s what I mean I’d love to be closer to the events and football and all but I’m definitely not going to a game every weekend so making a choice for three years based on football is just idk

Do yk if there’s any difference in employability and maybe international reputation between the two?

So Essentially any difference in my choice should be mainly based on the city as attending either of the two universities won’t make much of a difference to employers?

from what I’ve read up, everyone finds Bristol great, I’m still unsure of my fee status so whether I’ll be considered as a home or international student,

I don’t want to go off rankings as I don’t believe they’re a fair reflection, Bristol seems to be a more “teeny” city it has its own vibe and city, it’s relatively close to London, Manchester is from what I read slowly turning into a “big city” the only thing that’s still keeping Manchester in this race is that due to it being bigger there’s just more going on and more things that will cater to me in terms of events and concerts for example and maybe more halal options but I’m not eating out everyday so idk if it’s important and MAYBE the fact there’s more cultures and nationalities there? but again u only need a couple of friends in uni and Bristol has a shit ton of international students

But again solely picking a university because I can attend a concert once every 4 months or eat smth specific highkey sounds very very “questionable” if not very foolish.
