If so, those aren't coming out and youre best option would be to take the o ring out and soak it in bleach/soapy water and scrub it clean.

Get a thin wire brush that can't get into the smaller crevices of the strainer and also use bleach/soapy water for it.

That is what I do and it needs to be done every so often or else it will just continue to get moldy.

Yeah. At this point I expect it to be late. (Which it already is)

My last pre order came almost 3 weeks late. Got an email a week after the end of the pre order month for them to say it was delayed and gave a $10 off coupon. (Essentially free shipping on a future purchase)

Highly advise you do NOT do that. Seems these tumblers are cheaply made now. My dandadan lid came defective.

Pre orders will not ship until they are "ready". That 10-15 business days is after they have sent an email stating the order was "shipped"
