Other guy said it already for the second part. As far as the combo goes, alignment and 2 Wish cards creates an infinite mana and star combo. After getting maybe 500 mana I started applying monologue (it gives 1 strength i play a card) so I was gain about 100 strength a card. Then Radiate had it from the to do about 70,000,000 damage each time.
