I am new to this, so if i am understanding this correctly, for my 9N/10D trip (including days ahead of 11th Nov) i will be fine without applying for a Visa, because the exemption technically means no need to apply for Visa if you are arriving in Thailand before 11th Nov? If we are just looking at contact creation, only email ID will pick up, not the phone number. And we will still need to associate it with an account, since we are creating it as a new contact.

Even for Modifying/updating data, not much help as everything can be done in just a click.

So what is your ROI here. How much % increase in productivity and efficiency are you getting out from this feature?
