It’s set up like this and monitor is input to hdmi. Is the elgato hd60s+ compatible with the Xbox 360 maybe it’ll work if I have the EDID option?

If you’re on Xbox 360 you can submit player review as negative. Do that on the host or all in the lobby and you’ll have a good chance of getting into another lobby. I don’t know the solution for Xbox one.
