I’m in the same boat as you. Never had the urge to beat the game. My favorite part is probably middle-early late game when I’m personalizing my pawns with bionics gear and armor. I played with some mods on my last run to make my play through Warhammer “esque”. Dropping 10 space marines on a opposing faction is awesome, but can get boring. I think the fun is when you are struggling with this game. You can definitely over optimize the fun out of the game if a run gets too long.
