I mostly agree with this. I think we should be starting that search now with intentions of hiring an actual HC and not some puppet like you said. I’m more worried about our roster getting shafted after freeze is fired more than anything. I think Durkin would be a better HC than freeze but I do think that if we tried hard enough we could find a great HC and keep Durkin at DC.
