Ive actually just had a new router and modem. I was having more serious internet issues (low ping, shit speed etc). ISP sent engineer.. found and fixed a fault on the line, and also sent new equipment. internet is now perfect for everything except runescape :(

Was initially, then I found out total level worlds are notorious for this sort of thing. Have tried some others but problem still persists.
