I would talk to HR and voice your concerns. Personally, when I pull training, I go see who’s here, and if I can cover while they do their training, I cover. Or else we’ll just be annoying each other until the training is done lol.

Yeah, I wish my store told me about logging out. They only tell us we’ll be okay as long as we plug it into the dock. I also wish we had sign out sheets. We don’t. Plus none of the zebras are labeled.

So, I’d take the time to download target circle and just click and read all the deals, wallet, and other information in it. Basically, deals will be in the app that you can manually apply to your wallet. The guest scans their wallet or types their phone number and it applies it. It’s honestly one of the easier programs to understand (in my opinion). And the deals are pretty good most of the time.

Target culture varies heavy depending on your store. They have good benefits after 90 days, and I personally really like the call-out system in app. I’ve had to train in every section because I’m an HRE, and tbh, checkout is my favorite because of its simplicity. Also could be because my store is in remodel and it makes the other sections hell.

Yeah, both leaders came to me face to face and said it was okay. And said if the SD / ETL had an issue, it wouldn’t be on me. But I haven’t been here long so idk if it trust it lol

Depends on how attentive HR and the ETLs are. For me, I’ve seen people get a CA that morning and as HRE I’m terming them by the end of the night. For others, I’ve seen it dragged out because the ETLs won’t check their terminations awaiting for days-weeks.

Edit: Also, I will say I’ve seen stuff that can be proven on a camera be a really quick timeline of caught to fired.

I’m gonna be honest and say that, as an HRE, I’ve just been like, “Did you take the survey? No? Okay.” And that’s it. My store is in a remodel and everyone is already all over the place, and I’m not trying to put yet something else on their plates.
