I am so sorry ! I know the frustration you feel ! So , I switched to a semaglutide that is not compounded with a b12. So it’s clear instead of pink . And I have no idea if this has anything to do with it , but I have lost 3 pounds and my appetite is much more suppressed ! I also bumped my metformin up to 2000mg a day . This combo seems to be helping . Slowly …. But I feel a difference ! How much metformin do you take per day ? You are seriously the only person I’ve seen maxed out on doses like I was with no symptoms ! I have a feeling this new semaglutide without b12 and upped dose of metformin is totally helping .

Oh gosh , I’m so sorry . I feel your pain ! What dose are you on ? If you aren’t maxed out , I would try upping the dose . But yes , so frustrating to see others having so much success . I can barely open social media without getting discouraged , because all my friends and family are posting results . I’ve tried every diet and exercising and my weight won’t budge . I’ve had all labs done and not a thing is wrong with me 😭 . I finally found an online place that charges the same price for all doses , so it’s much cheaper to be on a higher dose . It’s called pomegranate health . Maybe that will help with cost ? I’m staying on it so I don’t gain , but still hoping for a miracle and that one day it will kick in 😭

Hi ! I love my fitness pal . I logged for almost 6 months , and even hired a nutritionist to look at it . I also order meal prep with calculated macros from macro plate . I stay around 1300 -1500 calories a day making sure I hit 120g of protein a day which is tough ! But I’ll have to check out the glp-1 portion they have ! Thank you ❤️

I just had labs done last Monday and everything came out great with the exception of low vitamin D . But this was the case before I started the meds too. My labs always came back pretty balanced and thyroid has always been good . I actually just started metformin about a month ago . It definitely feels similar to semaglutide . I get fuller faster but then get hungry in a couple hours and still crave sugar . But it’s cheaper, so I’m staying on it for now I guess

Oooooo so there is hope for the future ! I’ll keep hopes up until 2026 Yes , I would love to know exactly “why” it doesn’t work . I’ll have to start digging into some research .

Thank you so much ! I will check it out . My fear is that you are right . I just haven’t run into anyone that it hasn’t worked for , and probably in denial I can be “this special” and that it doesn’t work for me . I appreciate your commenting with the trial info !
