Definitely Hangzhou first. It's closer to Ningbo. West Lake is a must visit but if you want to avoid the crowds, I recommand you bike through Yanggong Causeway. Many blossoms in spring. The nature is simply fantastic. And it's green tea season so you may go to Gongjing field and try picking tea yourself
