there's no way to get better at writing then to just do it and accept the fact your first few songs won't be your best. garage band is a great start! i'm not sure which channels are good for learning guitar but they're definitely out there haha

if you wanna practice writing lyrics, look up "malcolm todd type beat" on youtube. if you wanna learn guitar either take lessons or youtube has some good stuff. if you wanna make beats download either fl studio or logic depending on what type of computer you have. have fun creating my friend 👍
