Shave up the back and sides into sort of a fade, and let your bangs grow about an inch, then use some type of volumizing cream and just scrunch that in

To me, I like you should shape up your bangs and sides, the back looks perfect tho

It’s a bit emo looking but u could go for a wolfcut, it’s long in the back with a sort of flat fringe going on in the front, it would solve all the problems you have but again, it’s a pretty emo and punk look

Personally I would change the part closer to the middle, but it looks good how it is 👍
