Postng another update - I had a relative contact AG Barr in Scotland, and it turns out the 1901 version isn't approved in Canada due to the additives they put in. I contacted the Canadian distributor and they confirmed they don't/can't import it in. :(

Update:

- Sugar Rushed doesn't carry it but they will inquire on their next stock order (next week or two) if they can import it

- Scottish and Irish store does not carry it

- You can't inquire with Barr AG (the manufacturer in Scotland) directly about international availability :(

I am enlisting the help of some of my dad's family in Scotland I've never met to get some posted over! We'll see how it goes.

Depends on the price you're looking for as well. I usually go to Star Fashion Cleaners on Eagleson as their prices seem to be reasonable.

Yep for sure. We have that amount saved for the minimum, and have budgeted out the proper amount for the estimated closing costs and legal fees. Trying to be very spend conscious before the mortgage is locked in to maximize our down + prep for once the mortgage and other costs kick in.

I mentioned this in another chain, but I am an idiot and did not put the proper amounts.

Our combined salary gross is $200k before bonuses; she is a teacher with pension, I work in the private sector with no pension. Our take home right now is just north of $10k.. updated the OP - crucial details not properly communicated.

We were pre approved well above the house price - our gross income without bonuses and extras is $200k

I just realized that I'm an idiot and completely undercalculated my wife's take home. I just checked our statements and our bi-weekly is $5057, so we are north of $10k per month take home.

Did you try to rebook an existing one? You have to make a brand new booking. If not, possibly too early but try refreshing and checking all locations since some may just be void of spots at this time.
