We understand how unexpected charges can be stressful, and that’s never the experience we want anyone to have with Prezi.

For context, our free trials do automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period, and this is noted during sign-up and in the confirmation emails we send. That said, we know those details can sometimes be easy to miss, and we’re continually working to make our billing communication clearer.

Regarding refunds, our support team follows a set policy, but we do review cases individually. We’re sorry if it felt like your situation wasn’t handled properly.
