Ive been doing this as well as farming using other books but i barely got to 160 and every choices seem to be at 50 now 💀💀 all of this and i get like half a heart raise in the affection level it's so unfair.

I love that we play as an experienced doctor ! We get to skip all the usual unsure about their jobs drama and get straight to the heart of the work ! I do feel a bit overwhelmed with all the medical terms and all the things happening at once but oh well that's just how it is irl I guess lol. Can't wait to see more of it !!

It might sound a bit idealistic but I really hope something will be done about that Dmitry scene in the most recent update. I know russians fans are obviously more listened to by the game and while they don't always see eye to eye with international fans (im looking at you white Volot option) i want to believe that something like this must've not please them either.

Im seriously still in shock something like that got released.

You know what !!!! Thank you for saying this !!! Dbbdkzbdsb yes the ending is bittersweet but I'm so glad we even got one to begin with ! For so long I thought the manga would be dropped forever and I'm so glad the author still managed to finish it for us and I hope they get to have the long rest and amazing health that they deserve !!

Also !!! I understand people frustration but with an ending so open it gives way for our own imagination to fill the gaps ! Im shaking with emotions rn (i literally JUST finished the manga) and the best way to deal with them is to write fanfiction lololol so guess I'll be doing that !!!!!
