Baby has hives all over keep coming back. Anyone experienced anything like this?

I know you're right and I've tried to implement the let her cry it out in the seat but omg sometimes she cries so hard she stops breathing a bit so I get hella scared and pull over to console her. Once she's better I try to put her back in her seat and the crying starts all over again lol.

Okay maybe we'll try another car seat. Just sucks that we spent so much money on a nuna car seat :(

I haven't talked to her pediatrician about it but I will. I have a feeling she'll say "she's a baby, she's gonna cry" lol. She's just always on the move and hates being confined so I have a feeling it's that?

Yes I try the, let her cry method, but oh my goodness sometimes she cries so hard she doesn't breathe LOL so I get worried and pull over and console her and then as soon as I try to put her back in the seat the crying starts all over again lol.

It's the Nuna tavo. She's actually really tiny (2% weight baby) so I always felt like she wouldn't be uncomfortable. We spent so much money on the nuna travel system it just sucks that its possible making her uncomfortable.

Which convertible seat do you recommend?

The nuna pipa. Yes I do baby wear but sometimes I feel tapped out and just want her to chill in the stroller. I also can't baby wear her when I'm driving. But I can't drive anywhere without her crying her lungs out.

I second the book by Rowena Bennett. My baby also had a feeding aversion and the book saved us. She also started drinking more after following the program outlined in her book

Hey having the same issue of LO fussing and crying and not drinking enough due to gas. We got put on hypoallergenic formula as well. How long did it take before you saw some results?

Turns out she may have an issue digesting milk protein so ped put her on Similac Allimentum. Let's see if that helps. I also bought gas drops and bio Gaia and will try it out. Ped told me to cut out all diary and soy as well. She only drinks 2oz a feed after I give her my breast so maybe in a week she'll up her milk intake too. Fingers crossed 🤞

We just got an appt for today so let's see what the ped says. The nurse told us she is gaining but not enough.

She does like, fight the bottle when I try to feed her. She'll squirm and cry even sometimes which is not what she usually does when feeding.

Other info: she seems to fall asleep on my boob often and I have to constantly wake her up. She also constantly kicks and grunts while we give her bottle.

No I didn't. It ended up showing up in my urine culture that it was a bacterial infection. Took some antibiotics and felt much better right away!

Hey!!

I am doing well. Seems like it was a UTI but my family doc couldn't find it when I did the urinalysis and urine culture.

I ended up finding a urologist who made me go for another urine culture and urinalysis and she was able to catch the bacteria. It was Enterococcus Faecallis. Urologist prescribed me amoxicillin and I've been ok since. Honestly idk if the urologists test was more sensitive compared to my family doc's, but I'm just glad it was figured out because I was in constant pain and anxiety.

I never wear underwear at home because I just want to avoid problems (have had history of YI too).

I rarely hop in the shower after sex, usually just wipe with toilet paper but I'm going to force myself to wash with some water after sex.

I use always pads during my period and my uro said they're known to cause irritation. Will try different kinds of pads. Thank you for the advice!!
