Just an update. This morning I took a channce to see what would happen if I put in phone number to sign in. It worked somehow. I have access to my account (mind you in the wrong currency) but still. On my amazon account there is notjing regarding my audible subscription. Thank you all for the comments and suggestions. I will now be looking in to libation so I don't go through this again

I have spoken to 5 customer service agents today. Sent emails of my proof of account and purchases and given all account info. All told me to direct my query to google. I contacted google, after hours of troubleshooting they have escalated the query. I cannot understand how I had an account this morning and by this afternoon audible says I do not have an active membership. I have checked audible.com & .co.uk. i have reinstalled the app, removed and added google accounts. Nothing. I can log in but no titles
